1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return the products within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To qualify for a return under the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return under this policy.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@motardas.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it meets the return criteria. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately at info@motardas.com. We will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

We may request photos of the damaged item to assist in resolving the issue promptly.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Non-Returnable Items & Order Cancellations

Certain items are non-cancellable and non-returnable due to their customized or made-to-order nature:

Order Cancellations

  • Backorder items: Products marked as "backorder" are made specifically to order and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Suspension components configured to individual specifications (e.g. custom spring rates, valving settings, or dimensional modifications).

We strongly recommend reviewing product details and specifications before placing your order—especially for customized or made-to-order products.
